- Very cooperative and friendly hotel staff. - Nice pool - Proximity to Rawai Beach but also to the even more beautiful Sangchai, Nai Harn and Kata Beaches

- Somewhat outdated hotel - Breakfast rather ordinary and loveless.

The pool was excellent, the breakfast good and the service was very accommodating

WiFi in our room had issues for 3 days but the hotel worked to fix it. Certainly an irritating factor but not one to cause lasting ill feeling.

Lovely people , great reception , loved our Deluxe room with pool view. Spacious room with everything you need

Housekeeping could be improved , we did have to tell management a few times. The dinner service could do with a bit of work.

The facilities are beautiful, the pools are like a beach, with sand at the bottom. Incredibles

The beach area in which it is located is not the best, it is like the pier and is very dirty and with oil from the menhaden, we could not go into the sea. It was very dirty
